Creamy Vegan Pasta

Ingredients
  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cashew cream
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Stir in cashew cream and nutritional yeast. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add cooked pasta, toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
